We have an active, customer service oriented real estate practice focusing primarily on conveyancing transactions.

In the course of our practice, we represent banks and mortgage companies in title matters, and guide consumers to a successful home purchase and/or sale experience.

In the process, we advise on contract and inspection issues, financing options, title insurance, mortgage closings, and deeds. Additionally, we are title insurance agents for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.

We realize buying or selling a home can be a time consuming, stressful and expensive experience.

We have developed solid working relationships with a variety of lenders and brokers allowing us to minimize these concerns. Our approach is geared to making your experience as enjoyable as it should be.
